About these gift cards

This card is redeemable instore and online at participating retailers. Some retailers are exchange only.

  • Your gift card expires 5 years from date of issue
  • Instore Redemption: To redeem your Celebration eGift Card in-store, you need to add the eGift to your Mobile Wallet and simply tap your Mobile Wallet on the EFTPOS/VISA machine to make a contactless payment.
  • To add your Celebration eGift Card to your Mobile Wallet, follow the below steps:
    1. Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device.
    2. Click on the plus (+) icon.
    3. Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen.
    4. Enter your card details from your eGift.
    5. Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet.
  • If your purchase is larger than your card balance, ask the cashier to redeem the gift card for the exact amount available on the card & pay the remaining balance with cash or another form of payment.
  • Online Redemption: Visit a participating retailer’s web store, add desired products to the cart, and click checkout. Simply enter your card details on the payment page in the debit/credit card section (not the gift card section). Enter the card number, CVV, Expiry Date/Valid Thru, and your name as the cardholder to complete the online sale.
  • Exchange for Merchant eGift: You can exchange your Celebration gift card for an eGift of a participating retailer, allowing you to make a split payment when shopping online. To exchange your Celebration Gift Card visit exchangecelebration.com.au. The exchange functionality may not be available for all participating retailers.
