Upon placing your order you will receive an email to confirm your details and select how you'd like to use your card Instore OR Online
Dependent on your choice of retailer, you will be issued with either an SMS to download a Digital Mastercard to your mobile wallet OR an email with instructions on how to use your card online.
For online use of the Digital Mastercard the total transaction value cannot exceed the available balance unless the merchant site has the capability to support split transactions. Digital Mastercard compatible with Apple Pay and Android Pay.
Redemption Instructions:
1. When you are ready to use your gift card head to www.tcndigital.gift and enter your Card Number and PIN.
2. Select how you would like to use your card - Instore OR Online
3. Dependent on how you have chosen to use your card, you will be issued with an SMS to download your Digital Mastercard to your mobile wallet OR an email with instructions on how to use your card at your selected retailer.
