More than once, more than one participating store
You can use your gift card as many times as you want,
in any of our participating stores (shown above) until
the balance reaches zero.
If your purchase is more than the amount available
on your gift card, you can make up the full amount with
another type of tender accepted in our stores. For example:
- Cash
- A credit or charge card
- Another gift card
- EFTPOS

Find out the PIN for your gift card.
On the back of your gift card is a scratch
panel. Scratch this to reveal your card's 4-digit
Access PIN. You will need this PIN when you
make purchases or
check your balance.

The value of your gift card may be shown
on the card carrier. If not, see below to find
out how to check the balance of your gift card.

Check the balance of your gift card
You can check your gift
card balance online, in stores or by phoning our
Customer Response Team on 1300 304 990.
Every time you make a purchase using your gift card,
the remaining balance is printed on your receipt.
You can get a list of your gift card purchases online
or by phone. If you have any questions about a transaction
please contact our Customer Response Team on 1300 304 990.
More things to know about gift cards
- Treat your gift card like cash – lost or stolen
cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
- You can collect FlyBuys points (including applicable
bonus points) when you make a purchase using your
card at
 participating FlyBuys retailers.
- Once a gift card has been purchased, the value
on it cannot be increased.
- Your gift card will expire two years from the
date it was purchased.
- There are no fees or charges associated with
using gift cards.
