iTunes Gift Card terms & conditions

This iTunes Gift Card is redeemable only on the iTunes Store for Australia. This card expires the later of two years from the date of (i) issuance or (ii) last activity on an iTunes Store account. To redeem this card you must have an iTunes Store account, subject to prior acceptance of license and usage terms. To open an account you must be above the age of 13 and in Australia. iTunes 4.7 or later, compatible software and hardware, and Internet access (fees may apply) are required. This card cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund, exchanged, or used to purchase any merchandise or provide allowances. Unused balances are nontransferable. An allowance, gift certificate, another iTunes Gift Card, or credit or debit card must be used for purchases exceeding the amount of this card. Unless stated otherwise, data collection and use are subject to the Apple Customer Privacy Policy, available at www.apple.com.au/legal/privacy. Risk of loss and title for this card passes to the purchaser on transfer. Apple is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of lost or stolen cards or use without your permission. Your statutory rights are not affected. If any of these terms are not valid or enforceable, the other terms will not be affected. Apple reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Not for resale.
