Corporate gift cards can be loaded with any dollar amount from $5 to $4,999
per gift card. You select the dollar amount for each card.

Gift Card Presentation |
| You have
the option of including a customised message on the presentation
folder to add that personal touch or, if you prefer, you
can elect to receive your gift cards without a folder.
The presentation folders are complimentary. |

| The customised
message is limited to one generic message that is applied
to all gift card presentation folders in an order. |

Bulk Activated Gift
Cards |
| Corporate gift cards are referred to as
‘Bulk Activated', which simply means they are delivered
to you, in bulk, to a nominated address. For security purposes,
all gift cards are sent ‘non activated', which means
they cannot be used until they have been activated as set out
below. |

Security |
| As the nominated contact placing the order,
you receive a confidential activation code.Orders are activated by using
the Coles Group & Myer Card telephone or website activation service.

Payment |
| You can pay for your gift
cards by direct deposit, cheque or credit card, including Visa,
MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express. Once payment is
made, production of your gift card order begins. |

|
Card Delivery |
| All gift card orders are delivered to
one nominated recipient and address. Once an order is delivered,
it is the nominated contact's responsibility to ensure
that the gift cards are activated and distributed appropriately.
Gift Cards are delivered by courier throughout Australia. |

Timeframe |
Your gift cards will be delivered to the
nominated address three to five business days from receipt of
payment.
