What
delivery options are available and how much will delivery cost? |

| All deliveries
are made by courier. There is a delivery fee of $14.85 per order
(GST inclusive) for all deliveries throughout Australia. |

Are the
cards sent to me or can I nominate another person or company? |
|

| Gift cards can
be delivered to any person nominated as the delivery recipient. |

How long
will my order take to deliver? |
|
|
|
| Gift cards will
be delivered by courier and will take between 3 and 5 working
days from the date of payment. |

Why can't
my order be delivered to a Post Office box? |
|
|
|
| As all of our
orders are couriered to their location for security reasons,
we require a signature from the person receiving the order.
This is why we cannot send through the mail to P.O. Boxes. |

Can I
send gift cards overseas? |
|
|
|
| Because our
cards can only be used within Australia, we only deliver to
Australian business and residential addresses. |

Is the
delivery method secure? |
|
|
|
| For security
reasons, all gift card orders are delivered to a recipient inactive.
This means that they cannot be used until the gift card order
is activated using the confidential bulk activation code that
is sent to the person who placed the order. |
