... find out how much is left on my gift card?

You can check your gift card balance online by selecting "Check Balance" from the top right corner of a page. You will need to sign in using your gift card number and 4-digit PIN.

Every time you use your gift card, the remaining balance is printed on your receipt. You can also check your card balance at selected registers in stores or by calling our Customer Response Team on 1300 304 990.

When you sign in to check your balance online you can also see your card’s expiry date and a list of your gift card purchases.
