News update - BI-LO Gift Card holders

Coles Group Limited is progressively converting some BI-LO stores to Coles Supermarkets.
BI-LO gift cards will still be redeemable in your local BI-LO store if it is converted to a Coles supermarket.
All you need to do is present your BI-LO gift card at the Customer Service Desk of your converted store. A Coles team member will check the balance and swap your BI-LO gift card for a Coles gift card of equal value.
BI-LO gift cards are accepted at the registers in all Coles and BI-LO stores.
